WHAT PERSONAL DATA DOES VIRTUAL FAMILIES COMMUNITIES COLLECT

WE COLLECT THE DATA YOU GRANT US ACCESS.

• Data we receive if you link a third party tool with the Service (such as Facebook or Google)

• Any information you submit to our customer service team in the Game or via email

WE ALSO HAVE SOME DATA WE COLLECT AUTOMATICALLY.

• Data about your account, game progress and analytics about your use of our Services (e.g. in-game play progress, levels, games played, session length)

• Your IP address and device identifiers, such as your Advertising ID, Device ID numbers (for more see here "Advertising IDs and Device IDs")

• Data about your device, such as device name and operating system, browser type and language

• General location data

• Precise geo-location data (GPS, with your consent)

DATA DELETION REQUEST

Ask us to delete your personal information. This is called your “right to erasure”. To do so, submit your game ID, which can be found in the settings pop-up in the game in the form found bellow.

Once submitted, all data associated with your game/User ID will be deleted, including but not limited to. game progress, analytics, IP address, device identifiers, such as your Advertising ID, Device ID numbers, Data about your device and location.

All data deletion requests may take up to 7 days to be permanently deleted.
